Lodz, Poland, September 30, 2022.- The United
States continued to roll down the road to
victory at the Women's Volleyball World
Championship after beating Germany.
The Americans took advantage of 22 opponent
errors to crush the German team in straight sets
with a score of 3-0 (25-17, 25-13, 26-24),
widely outperforming them in attacks (39-25) and
in services (11 -0).
Anna Stevenson with 12 points and Andrea Drews
with 9 were the highlights for the United States
team, while Germany's KimberlyDrewniok had 11
points and Marie Scholzel, Laura Emonts and
Monique Strubbe added 5 each.
This October 1, the United States will face the
Serbian national team. |
