Veracruz Organizing Committee President meets Norceca President
CORDOBA, Mexico, November 11 2014 - The General Director of the
Organizing Committtee of the XXII Central American and Caribbean
Sport Games of Veracruz 2014, Carlos Sosa Ahumada, visited the
Cordoba Arena, where he held a meeting with Norceca President,
Cristobal Marte Hoffiz.
“We have done a total of seven visits to this facility and this
meeting with the heado of the Organizing Committee is very
important for us,” said Marte Hoffiz. “We appreciate his visit
and we are ready to cooperate for this event.”
The Cordoba Arena will have its debut with the Volleyball
Competition at the Central American and Caribbean Games, that
will begin on Saturday November 15.
“We really want that this Games can leave a legacy and this can
be a victory of volleyball. These are your Games and we are here
to contribute to have a success,” the Norceca president added.
“A victory for volleyball is a victory for the Norceca
Volleyball Confederation, and also for the Pan American
Volleyball Union as well as the International Volleyball
Federation. This is our work philosophy.”
Sosa Ahumata confirmed the commitment between the Veracruz 2014
Organizing Committee and the Control Committee for the
volleyball competition at the meeting that took place before the
preliminary inspections at the venue, where the Technical
Director of the Central American and Caribbean Sports
Organization (CACSO), Humberto Cintron. |
