Sainz, who is holding a training camp with her national team
prior to the FIVB Women’s World Championship remarked that there
is nothing to lose and a lot to learn from sucha a big
experience.

camp against countries like Dominican Republic. Both teams
played a friendly match recently thar finished with a victory on
the Dominican side that won the four sets (25-15, 25-10, 25-12,
25-14).

we have already known each other. We had played previously
against each other and we knew who we were facing,” said Sainz.
“In the beginning we experienced some technical fouls and had
lack of communication issues, but we had very good moments, and
got a few good points during those rallies,” She added.

motivated because these matches are to get a higher level of
play for the world championship and the bottom line here is to
improve,” Sainz emphasized when talking about the preparation
