Cuba, St. Lucia and Canada to semifinals in Varadero

Varadero, Cuba, June 9, 2012 - Both duos of Cuba, along with St. Lucia and Canada made it to the semifinal round in the men's competition of the sixth stage of NORCECA Beach Volleyball Circuit that conclude in Varadero on Sunday. Chiapas champions and Toluca silver medalists Karel Piña and Sergio Gonzalez will face Canada’s Nicholas del Bianco and Benjamin Chow in one of the semifinals while Yaismel Borrel and Yadrian Escobar. More  Español

Cuba with three women's teams to semifinals

Varadero, Cuba, June 9, 2012 - Hosts Cuba went beyond the expectations by qualifying their three women pairs along with Costa Rica to the semifinals of the sixth stop of NORCECA Beach Volleyball Circuit to be held at this international resort on Sunday. Cuba-2 team win two matches in opening day at Varadero
