Mexico’s Ontiveros and Virgen are North Bay Gold Medalists

NORTH BAY, Canada, August 9, 2015. - Lombardo Ontiveros and Juan Virgen of Mexico are the men’s gold medalists at the North Bay Beach Volleyball Tournament, the third stop of the 2015 NORCECA Tour. The final matches of the North Bay tournament were played under a beautiful sun at the Canor Manors Arena Centre with a nice crowd in the stands that wanted to see the finest NORCECA teams in actions. USA’ Hester and Ledoux capture Women’ Gold at North Bay

NORTH BAY, Canada, August 9, 2015. – Irene Hester and Caitlin Ledoux of United States captured the women’s gold medal of the third stop of the 2015 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour with a beautiful sunny day at the Canor Manors Sand Centre in North Bay. United States B team of Irene Hester and Caitlin Ledoux have played together for two seasons and they closest to a medal was a fourth place in Puerto Rico. USA teams, Mexico-A and Canada-B in men’s semifinals at North Bay

NORTH BAY, Canada, August 8, 2015. – The two teams from United States, Mexico-A and Canada-B will play in the men’s semifinals of the third stop of the 2015 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour at the Canor Molsons Sand Centre at North Bay. Ian Satterfield and Miles Evans United States will face fellow countrymen Mark Burik and Curt Toppel in one of Sunday’s semifinals, while Pan-American champions Lombardo Ontiveros and Juan Virgen from Mexico will meet Samuel Pedlow and Grant O’Gorman.  More  Español

Winners of each Pool reach Women’s Semis at North Bay

NORTH BAY, Canada, August 8, 2015.- The winners of each pool, Julie Gordon/Brandie Wilkerson (CAN-A), Sara Hughes/Kelly Claes (USA-A), Ana Rios/Bibiana Candelas (MEX) and  Irene Hester/Caitlin Ledoux (USA-B) advanced to the women’s semifinals of the third stage of the 2015 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour at North Bay. On Sunday’s semifinals at Canor Molsons Sand Centre, Sara Huges and Kelly Claes of USA-A will play Mexico’s Ana Rios and Bibiana Candelas, while Julie Gordon and Brandi Wilkerson of Canada-A. NORTH BAY, Canada, August 7, 2015. -  Samuel Pedlow and Grant O’Gorman of Canada-B and Aaron Nusbaum and Michael Plantinga of Canada-C along with Mark Burik and Curt Toppel of United States-B stand unbeaten with two outings at opening day of the North Bay men’s Beach Volleyball tournament, the third stage of the 2015 NORCECA Tour.
