Evans/Kolinske grab men’s title at La Paz

LA PAZ, Baja California Sur, May 15, 2022 – The American duo of Cory Evans and William Kolinske defeated Mexicans Juan Virgen and Miguel Sarabia 2-0 (21-19, 21-17) in 41 minutes to claim the men’s title of La Paz Beach Volleyball Tournament, the third stop of NORCECA Circuit. In semifinals, Virgen/Sarabia advanced after their 2-1 (21-19, 15-21, 15-13) over Puerto Ricans Kevin Rodríguez and Josue Rivera in 53 minutes. Americans Malaney/Can grab gold medals at La Paz

LA PAZ, Baja California Sur, May 15, 2022 – USA team of Kaitlyn Malaney and Carley Can claimed the women’s title of La Paz Beach Volleyball Tournament following their 48-minute 2-1 (18-21, 23-21, 15-8) victory over Puerto Ricans Allanis Rodriguez and Allanis Navas on Sunday night. In semifinals Rodríguez/Navas defeated Mexicans Atenas Gutierrez and María Quintero 2-0 (21-19, 21-14) while Malaney/Can edged fellow Americans Megan Gebhard and Savannah Simo 2-0 (26-24, 21-19). Virgen and Sarabia keep their winning way at La Paz

LA PAZ, Baja California Sur, May 14, 2022 – Juan Virgen and Miguel Sarabia continued their winning campaign as the Mexican duo advanced to a semifinal contest against Puerto Ricans Kevin Gutierrez and Josue Rivera at La Paz Beach Volleyball Tournament, the third stop of the NORCECA Circuit. Mexicans Virgen and Sarabia qualified into men’s quarterfinals

LA PAZ, Baja California Sur, May 13, 2022 – Mexicans Juan Virgen and Miguel Sarabia became the first men’s team qualified to the quarterfinals of the La Paz Beach Volleyball Tournament on Friday.

Playing a three-team Pool A, Virgen and Sarabia defeated Austin Pipen and Daniel Samuelson of U.S. Virgin Islands 2-0 (21-11, 21-19). Austin/Samuelson had beaten David Vargas and Gabriel Vargas of El Salvador 2-1 (15-21, 21-17, 15-9). More  Español

La Paz welcomes NORCECA beach players for a fifth time
