 CALI, Colombia, December 5, 2021. - Middle blocker Diana Duarte of Brazil was named the Most Valuable Player of the Women’s Volleyball tournament at the I Junior Pan American Games Cali-Valle that concluded on Sunday at the Evangelista Mora Coliseum. Brazil wins Gold at I Junior Pan American Games Cali-Valle

CALI, Colombia, December 5, 2021.- Brazil won a spectacular five-set contest over Peru 3-2 (25-23, 25-19, 23-25, 21-25, 15-8) to win the gold medal of the Women’s Volleyball Tournament at the I Junior Pan American Games Cali-Valle 2021 that concluded on Sunday at the Evangelista Mora Coliseum. The remarkable recovery of Peru from a two-set deficit and forcing a tie-break wasn’t enough to stop Brazil’s ongoing blocking and strong attacks. Argentina defeats Colombia for Junior Pan Am Bronze Medal

CALI, Colombia, December 5, 2021. - Argentina defeated host Colombia 3-1 (16-25, 25-13, 26-24, 25-22) for the bronze medal of the women’s volleyball tournament at the I Junior Pan American Games Cali-Valle 2021 on Sunday at Evangelista Mora Coliseum. It was a roller coaster performance up to the third set when both teams balanced all their skills for a close finish. Peru will face Brazil for the gold medal defeating Colombia

CALI, Colombia, December 4, 2021. - Peru progressed into the gold medal match against Brazil, following their 3-1 (20-25, 25-19, 23-25, 20-25) semifinal victory in the women’s volleyball tournament at the I Junior Pan American Games Cali-Valle 2021 at Evangelista Mora Coliseum. Brazil stopped Argentina to move into the Gold Medal Match

CALI, Colombia, December 4, 2021. - Brazil stopped Argentina 3-1 (21-25, 25-17, 25-20, 25-20) to move into the gold medal match of the women’s volleyball tournament at the I Junior Pan American Games Cali-Valle 2021. Brazil’s impressive 20-8 huge margin in blocking was definitely to thank for their semifinal victory over Argentina after dropping the first set. Dominican Republic fifth place at Junior Pan Am Games

CALI, Colombia, December 3, 2021. - Argentina improved their record 2-1 in pool A after defeating Suriname 3-0 (25-11, 25-4, 25-9) at the women’s volleyball tournament of the I Junior Pan American Games Cali-Valle 2021 at Evangelista Mora Coliseum. Argentina concludes pool-play with 10 points out of 2 wins and one loss, and waits for the result between Colombia and Mexico for their final position. Argentina downs Mexico in five-set thriller

CALI, Colombia, December 1, 2021.- Argentina downed Mexico in five thrilling sets 3-2 (22-25, 26-24, 25-14, 11-25, 16-14) in their first outing in pool A at the women’s volleyball tournament of the I Junior Pan American Games at the Evangelista Mora Coliseum. Argentina recovered from a seven-point deficit (4-11) in the first set, edging Mexico to miss 2 set points but still falling in the first set, and recovering to come out on top in an exciting five sets. Peru defeat Dominicans in Junior Pan Am Games debut

CALI, Colombia, December 1, 2021. - Peru defeated Dominican Republic in straight sets 3-0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-19) in their debut in the women’s volleyball tournament of the I Junior Pan American Games at Evangelista Mora Coliseum. Peru was overwhelming and didn’t give the Caribbean team a chance to respond, outnumbering in attacks by a huge 45-29 advantage; they also led 5-3 in aces.
